This is a "script version". SETTING: We see a CU of Sandstorm (Gen1) head and upper torso lunging towards the reader. His left arm is missing, smoke is emmitting from the open shoulder joint. His right arm is "naked" - a mere metallic "skeleton" with wires dangling everywhere. the righ side of his head is also "naked", revealing the bare mechanics, similar to how Arnold Schwartzennegger looked like by the end of T2. There is thick smoke bellowing from his back. Behind Sandstorm, we see images of Decepticons killing Autobots, solar panels being destroyed. Mgeatron's heda dominates the background. He has a maniacal smile on his face. SANDSTORM - Optimus Puhrimmmeee... SANDSTORM collapses into the arms of Optimus Prime (Powermaster, not combined with trailer). Pretender Bumblebee stands in the background. OPTIMUS - Sandstorm!! Ratchet, get him into a stasis pod, *now*!!" RATCHET casually deceptitates SANDSTORM with his bare hands. SFX: SHRKK OPTIMUS - Ratchet!! What in Primus's name are you doing!?" RATCHET - get that body out of here, NOW!!" OPTIMUS PRIME chucks SANDSTORM's body into a hatch which leads into a capsule. PROWL is poised by a big button next to the hatch. OPTIMUS - It's in! PROWL - Eject! the hatch slams shut. SFX: CLANG! >From outside the Ark, a capsule is seen rocketing away... then it explodes. SFX: BAKOOM!! We see SANDSTORM's head hooked up to crude make shift life support systems. OPTIMUS leans over. OPTIMUS - Sandstorm... what happened? CU on SANDSTORM SANDSTORM - Duh... Decepticons... raided solar plant... all defenses... kuh... crushed... all Autobots... uh...all gone... communications lines... cut... muh.. muh.. Mega...Mgeatron...*hrrkkk* OPTIMUS stands in mid background, RATCHET in foreground. OPTIMUS - Is he dead? RATCHET - Comatose. OPTIMUS Stands with back towards the reader. OPTIMUS - Autobots, it seems that the Decepticons have besieged out Solar Power Plant in Texas. Prowl, what's your advice for this? PROWL - Commander, with the Ark recently rebuilt, we now possess the power to crush the Decepticons once and for all. I suggest we use this power. CAPTION: Texas. SETTING: In a Texan desert, we see a few buildings from the Autobot Solar Power Plant. In the middle of the field, lies an awesome monstrosity of a battl ship, 7.2km in length. An irregular blunt nosed cylinder. Like a Leviathan from the deep. It possesses numerous spikes along its heavily armoured surface. Most of these are on the fore of the ship, giving it the appearance of some sort of demonic battery ram. The fore sides have two main observation decks, which from afar look like the "eyes" of the ship. Behind these "eyes" are a series of smaller bristling spikes. The underbelly is more traditionally Cybertronian in architecture. Angular and metallic. Towards the aft, there are three portholes on the aft side (numbering six in total). These are cannon ports. And at th aft is the ship's mighty thrusters. SKYWARP(overvoice): Brilliance! We now see SKYWARP and MEGATRON standing together. SKYWARP: A work of sheer brilliance, mighty Megatron. MEGATRON: Ha ha ha ha ha..... You have the poetic gift of exaggeration, my friend! Megatron looks up at the ship, then turns to Skywarp. MEGATRON: I shall name this ship the "Impulse One!" At that moment, Spectro (Reflector) runs into view. CU of Megatron's face. SPECTRO: Megatron... incoming unit approaching. MEGATRON: Excellent! Assemble all Decepticons inside the Impulse One. This will be an excellent opportunity to test out her capabilities! Aboard the Impulse One. CAPTION: Soon enough, Megatron assumes the command post of the Impulse One. SETTING: We see Megatron sittingon a seat levitating about 3 metres off the floor. He also has a foot rest and control panel which is also defying gravity and are also ergonomically well positioned. Rumble stands off in the left side foreground at attention, holding Megatron's fusion cannon in his right arm. MEGATRON: Wonko, are you on line? An "energy" sphere materialises in fron of the Decepticon leader. Within it, is a floating disembodied head which has an uncanny, but robotic, resemblance to Benson Yee. Yes, it kinda looks like a cross between Ben Yee and Zordon from the Power Rangers, BUT I SWEAR I WAS NOT THINKING OF THIS AT THE TIME!! THE SIMILARITY IS PURELY COINCIDENTAL!!! Fine!! Don't believe me!!!!! :P But unlike Zordon, Wonko's face is not distored, and he has an insane maniacal grin across his face. WONKO: Wonko the Sane is on line, mighty Megatron. CU of Wonko. WONKO: I am ALWAYS on line! We see the fore of the Impulse One "breaking" the top of the clouds as it ascends above them (similar to how the Macross did so in the opening theme of Super Dimensional Fortress Macross). The Ark can be seen flying towards the reader in the mid-background. CU of Megatron's head, right profile. MEGATRON: The Ark! Ha! It seems the Autobots have managed to get taht old museum piece up and running! LS of rear of Megatron with Wonko. WONKO: Heheheh... I can link myself up to it's main computer. MEGATRON: Do it! Aboard the Ark - CU of Mirage and Hubcap's faces. they are staring in awe at the Impulse One (on the monitor, which is where the reader is). MIRAGE: What in Primus's name is that?! HUBCAP: Looks like the Decepticons have been busy! LS of Mirage and Hubcap standing in front of Teletran One. Mirage shields his optics with his right forearm. On the monitor is a Smiley composed of the Japanese Hiragana characters "he", "no", "mo" and "hi". The word OKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNWOOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOW OKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOWOKNOW repeats itself beneath it. MIRAGE: What the--?! HUBCAP: What's wrong with Teletran One?! CU of Optimus Prime. PROWL (yelling from off stage): Commander! Teletran has initiated random warp sequence! A wormhole rips open in the sky ahead of the Ark. Lightning is "spewing" forth violently. CU Starscream. STARSCREAM: the Autobots are excuting a warp! Cu Prowl. PROWL: Teletran One is acting autonomously... we have no control!! CU Optimus Prime. OPTIMUS (with hands clutched in a "prayer" like position): ...... Aboard the Impulse One, Megatron is standing, his fists waving about in rage. (NB: The rest of this was written very late at night... and I had a cold...) MEGATRON: Scheisser!! Wonko, you bloody idiot! If the Autobots execute this warp , they will escape us... How are we supposed to annihilate them if they get away you LAMER?!!! WONKO (with an expression of apathy on face): Vas chier espece de p'tit connard! CU Megatron's face with teeth gritting. MEGATRON: Pull all thrusters to full speed! We're gonna follow the Autobots through that wormhole!! Aboard the Ark, Teletran's monitor shows a diagram of the wormhole, and two silhouettes (one of the Ark, the other is the Impulse One) heading toward the wormhole. PROWL (standing in front of Teletran, head turned back): Commander! The Decepticon ship has accelerated. At its current velocity and trajectory, it's going oo pull up on our starboard side... It looks like the Decepticons want to go through the wormhole with us at the same time!! CU of Optimus Prime OPTIMUS: But the wormhole is currently set to allow only one ship at a time... Med.-shot of Arcee and Hoist, who are sitting at a console. ARCEE (to Hoist): Isn't there any way to widen up the wormhole? HOIST: There's no time for it! CU of wormhole. The Impulse One has caught up with the Ark. Both ships have electricity sparking all along the exterior. They are only metres away from the wormhole.
